Elegance Hamilton Hill, previously Elegance at Novato, is a relaxed luxury senior living community that was re-imagined
from the iconic Hamilton Hospital. This hi-end sales kit includes a vellum flyleaf and custom illustrated, fold-out local map highlighting the surrounding historic landmarks, shopping and abundance of nature activities. 

Informational flyers, digital assets and various signage, along with a daily up-to-date COVID19 tool kit were created to help educate the employees, residents and family members as to how best deal with all the changes and conditions that come with social distancing and staying connected.

Rebranding of Wentworth of Las Vegas sales kit: 9 x 12 folder brochure with inserts. The cover is a locking fold-over that splits down the middle and tucks under the circle image. The logo pattern and semi-circle die form the glued pocket in the back.

Symphony at Cherry Hill Memory Support is an upscale memory support assisted living community designed to enhance the quality of life of their residents. With being a brand new senior living community to the area, they launched a "Meet the Team" print campaign featuring a different key team member each month leading up to their Grand Opening.

This direct mail campaign was created as a call to action for tours/residents/families/referral sources to "like us on facebook" in order grow their audience. Each mailer comes with it's own unique recipe card that can be cut out and saved in a recipe binder.

Two-sided pull-up banners used on-site in the communities and also at senior living events to promote Milestone's Creative Kitchen signature program.

Mattison Crossing at Manalapan Avenue is an assisted living and memory support community created especially for seniors who relish independence, social interaction, and leisure activities — in a Jewish environment. The client wanted a bright and personable campaign that is reflective of the residents who live there. A custom photo shoot captured many of them in action and the images were used throughout various digital and print collateral.
